Single Radio Station (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used when you use the Single Radio Station mobile application (“App”).

Single Radio Station does not require users to create an account to use the App.
Depending on how the app is configured by the station owner, the App may collect or process the following:
- Device & App Information (non-personal): device model, operating system version, app version, and basic diagnostic information (for stability and performance).
- Usage Data (non-personal): basic analytics such as screens visited and feature usage, if analytics is enabled by the app owner.
- Network Information: IP address may be processed by streaming providers or servers for delivering audio streams.
- Contact Data (only if you submit it): if the App includes a contact form, and you choose to send a message, we may collect the information you provide (such as name, email, subject, and message content).
2) How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the App (e.g., play streaming audio)
- Improve performance and fix bugs
- Respond to user messages (if contact form is enabled)
- Prevent abuse and protect the system
3) Streaming Services & Third Parties
Audio streaming is delivered through a streaming server/provider configured by the station owner. When you listen, the provider/server may process technical information (such as IP address) to deliver the stream.
If the App uses third-party services such as analytics or advertising, those services may collect information according to their own policies. The app owner is responsible for enabling/disabling these services.
4) Advertising (Optional)
The App may display ads if the station owner enables advertising networks. Ad providers may use device identifiers and cookies/SDK technologies to show ads and measure performance. You can opt out of personalized ads where supported by your device settings.
5) Data Retention
- If contact messages are enabled, submitted messages may be stored for customer support purposes.
- Non-personal analytics data may be retained for improving the app and reporting.
6) Children’s Privacy
Single Radio Station is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
